Finance Implementation & Customer Success Manager

As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in helping customers successfully implement and adopt JustPaid.
This role is part finance expert, part operator, part trusted advisor. You'll work directly with founders, CFOs, controllers, and finance teams to understand how they run revenue today — and help them design a cleaner, more automated future using JustPaid.

Finance teams today are overwhelmed by fragmented systems, manual follow-ups, and reactive workflows. We believe finance should be proactive, automated, and strategic — not stuck chasing invoices or reconciling spreadsheets.
JustPaid replaces manual quote-to-cash processes with intelligent automation, AI-driven insights, and clean integrations across the finance stack. Our goal is simple: help companies close deals faster, get paid on time, and scale revenue operations without adding headcount.
Role Summary
You'll own the implementation journey from kickoff to go-live, and continue supporting customers post-launch to ensure long-term success and expansion.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to bring real customer feedback into the product and help shape how JustPaid evolves.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations from onboarding through go-live
- Map each customer's revenue model, billing workflows, and finance stack—and configure JustPaid accordingly
- Migrate and validate customer data (quotes, contracts, invoices, customers)
- Train finance and ops teams so they're confident using JustPaid daily
- Own customer relationships during implementation and post-launch
- Drive adoption, surface workflow improvements, and identify expansion opportunities
- Partner with Product and Engineering to escalate bugs, relay feedback, and shape the roadmap
- Create and refine implementation best practices, templates, and internal documentation
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 2+ years in finance, accounting, audit, revenue operations, or financial systems
- Strong preference for hands-on experience supporting finance teams
- Bonus: 2+ years in customer success, implementations, or solutions consulting for B2B SaaS
- Bonus: experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, HubSpot, or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, AR, revenue workflows, and/or quote-to-cash
- High technical aptitude (you learn systems quickly and don't fear complexity)
- Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills
- You can translate messy real-world workflows into clean system configurations

You will start with a Zoom conversation with the team and founders to see if there is a fit.
Instead of long, drawn out interview loops, we keep things simple. We may ask you to walk us through your experience with customer implementations, your approach to onboarding and training finance teams, or how you've handled challenging customer situations in the past. If you prefer, you can share examples of successful implementations you've led or customer relationships you've built.
